SUMMER INTENSIVE COURSES 2025

GradPro is running a Pre-Professional Summer Intensive Courses

at

Birmingham Royal Ballet

from

Week 1: Monday 21st July to Saturday 26th July 2025 inclusive.

Week 2: Sunday 27th July to Friday 1st August 2025 inclusive.

On the back of the incredible success of last year we are running two, six-day pre professional intensives at Birmingham Royal Ballet in association with GradPro.

​

The Summer Intensives are open to students currently in their second or third year of vocational training. Week one will focus on those students who are at the end of their first year of Vocational Training and week two will focus on those students who are at the end of their second year of Vocational training or graduating in July 2025.

 

This is an amazing opportunity to take company style class taught by industry professionals including Brandon Lawrence, Principal at Ballett Zurich. There will be daily workshops to create and work on elements of performance, group choreography, repertoire and to work on pieces by guest choreographers including Inara Wheeler.

 

Each course will culminate in a performance and a chance to be a part of an ongoing performance and marketing opportunity for GradPro. The course will also include opportunities for career discussions, photographic opportunities, corps de ballet insight, virtuosity and technique, pas de deux, pointe work, audition mentoring and the chance to meet and chat with BRB company members, to name but a few.
